There are powerful forces pulling you away from the present?into the past with regret or into the future with worry. Some of these triggers we put on ourselves! Like obsession about the good old days or obsessive planning (read ‘worry’) about the future. Other triggers just come at us as we move through life. Either way, we have the power to choose how to react and there are ways to stay complete.
